I KNOW THIS IS LIKE 4 days too late but…
HAPPY NEW YEAR 💪🏽😭🙌🏽
Happy New Year guys, it’s so crazy that we have finally made it to 2017!! I want this year to bring everyone happiness, positivity, joy and the accomplishment of reaching goals that you set yourself this year.
Now whoever is reading this I want you guys to join me in doing a challenge that I’m going to take on myself. It’s called the Carpe Diem challenge, where you set yourself many goals every day in 2017 and you will see how many can complete. And by the end of the year, you might have completed everything you wanted to do in 2017. My home biscuit Abi told me about this challenge so I’m not going to take all the credit for this, because I would on a sly but I know she reads these LOL. With the challenge you have to buy a A1 size calendar which is supermassive, which is good so you can see all the goals you need to complete this year and it cost £12.99 I believe, so I will link it down below.
I have a strong feeling that 2017 is going to be very prosperous for people this year and I want to be able to help people get onto the journey. Whether you wanna start your own business, lose weight, start your own blog, or just getting onto the right path to where you wanna go. I want to help you guys do this!!!! imagine where you want to be in the next 3 to 5 years. So I want anyone who reads this, who has a personal goal, to take up the challenge!
DON’T TELL YOURSELF HOW BIG YOUR DREAM IS, TELL YOUR DREAM HOW BIG YOU ARE 👊🏽
This is what they have to say
“Each year we set ourselves goals we’d like to achieve, but then slowly slip back into bad habits by the end of the year. We’ve all been there.
But why do we allow ourselves to keep making the same mistake?
The issue is that we tend to think about goals on a long term (macro) basis rather than the sum of consistent daily (micro) wins.
Imagine you had a productive day, 365 times a year. What do you think that would lead to? The most productive year of your life, duh.
Here are some common examples of what you might want to achieve in 2017, and some suggested solutions to get you there:
Yearly Goal: I want to get fitter
Daily Task: Workout for 20 minutes every day
Yearly Goal: I want to write a book
Daily Task: I’ll write 200 words everyday, no excuses.
Yearly Goal: I want to improve my network
Daily Task: I’ll reach out to one new person a day, either on twitter or by email
Yearly Goal: I want to improve my focus
Daily Task: I’ll meditate once a day for 10 minutes using headspace
It’s Simple. But we tend to over-complicate things.”
SO WHO’S WITH ME ?
